About Helman Official

Helman Official is a community-driven initiative founded by Sameer Khan, built on a simple belief: lasting change comes through empowerment, not dependency.
The word Helman is a Pashto word that represents hope and the act of giving hope.
We are beginning our journey from the local community of Manglor, Swat, because positive change should begin at home. Whenever we have the capacity to support 10 people, we push ourselves to empower 20.

Founder & President
Sameer Khan
Sameer Khan founded Helman Official to give hope through empowerment rather than dependency — starting at home in Manglor, Swat. He also trains learners in the Artificial Intelligence and English Language courses.
